First, download and install the latest
program update.
As errors are reported by users they are fixed and these corrections are included in program updates.
There is a good
possibility the error you've encountered has already been corrected with a
program update. You can
download the update directly from the downloads
page, or you can use ChurchTrac's built-in "check for program updates"
from the utilities menu.
Use ChurchTrac's built-in error reporting tool to send
a record of the error each and every time you encounter it. The more an
error is reported, the more attention is devoted to fixing it. If you are
able to duplicate the error, please be as specific as possible when
notating the steps leading up to the error.
