Phone-based support is now available for a small fee. To obtain phone support, dial the number below. The cost for phone-based support is $15 per call, and includes up to 30 minutes of support. You can also purchase a three-call phone support package for $30.

If you would like to purchase an unlock code or other item over the phone using your credit card, or if you have a sales-related question before purchasing, there is no charge for phone assistance.
