Where can I find help to get started or if I have a question?

ChurchTrac is easy to use, but you might need a little help getting started or along the way.

First, you can learn the basics of using ChurchTrac by reading this knowledgebase article (it is also available in the ChurchTrac user guide). This covers how to navigate the program, set up your database, customize and select entries, back up your data and more.

Secondly, there are also help icons on virtually every screen in ChurchTrac. These help icons are located next to fields, tabs or other items that you might need assistance with. Just click on one of the help icons to open the help window with more information on that item.

Thirdly, there's a detailed user guide (in PDF format) which is available as a shortcut in your Windows start menu or ChurchTrac help menu (you can print it out if you'd like). The user guide walks you through entering names, setting up groups and attendance, and many of ChurchTrac other screens and features.

Fourthly, there's an online knowledgebase with frequently asked questions, setup instructions, and troubleshooting assistance to point you in the right direction.

The above resources can quickly answer your question about 95% of the time. But if you're still unable to find the answer you're looking for, or if you've encountered a problem that a program update will not fix, visit the support page to send a message or question to technical support.
