Is the purchase price a one-time fee, or does it have to be renewed each year?

When you purchase an unlock code (to enter more than 100 names) it is a one-time charge based on the number of names you want to enter.

The only other charges you'll have in the future will relate to:

• Adding even more names (for example, going from 250 names to 500 names). If you initially purchase a 250 name unlock code, and then later want to increase to a 500 name code you'll only pay the difference between the two codes and not the full price for the 500 name code. You may also have to purchase an upgrade to the latest version of ChurchTrac in order to increase the number of names. (Generally, once a new version of ChurchTrac is released, unlock codes for earlier versions are no longer available for purchase).
   
• Upgrading to the latest new release (for example, upgrading from ChurchTrac 2008 to ChurchTrac 2009). Each year a new version of ChurchTrac will be released. Upgrading to the latest version is optional, but for a fraction of the cost of purchasing the full version, most users find it worth while to upgrade.
