You could get this message if you have a 64-bit version of Windows, or if some program files have been moved or deleted. While ChurchTrac 2009 is native 32 bit software, a patch is available so the program will work correctly on 64 bit operating systems. (ChurchTrac 2010 does not require a patch to function correctly on 64 bit systems). This patch will replace the missing files and resolve the problem. If you continue to get a missing file error after installing this patch, please contact technical support. Note: The 2009 version patch is now integrated into the 2009 program update available here.
