Refunds are not possible once an unlock code has been sent because there is no way to "relock" the software and return it to the free version status. ChurchTrac is absolutely free to use up to 100 names, so you should use the free version before purchasing an unlock code to ensure that the product meets your needs. If you are experiencing trouble with ChurchTrac or Worship, please let us know, and we'll be happy to assist you any way we can. The refund policy also applies to WorshipTrac unlock codes. When you purchase a WorshipTrac unlock code you will unlock the ability to print reports and lists in WorshipTrac, as well as the ability to add new songs. Purchasing an unlock code does not "unlock" any hidden features like free sheet music or lyrics for any of the songs. You of course are free to add your own sheet music and lyrics to the WorshipTrac database, but these are not included with WorshipTrac in either the locked or unlocked versions. Refunds cannot be given for CD-ROMs that were returned because you provided an incorrect mailing address. Please double-check the address for accuracy before placing your order.
