Error 3191: Cannot define a field more than once

This error is likely caused by renaming a user-defined field so that its name is an identical match to another field in ChurchTrac. If any two of the user-defined fields have been renamed with an identical name, or if one of the user-defined fields has been renamed so that its name is a match to one of ChurchTrac's built-in fields, then this error will occur when opening the custom report screen. Each user-defined field must have a unique name.
