Update: The latest ChurchTrac 2009 program update resolves this problem. You can download the latest update here. This error occurs because the Window's user name that you've logged on with contains a period. If the user name is J.C. Penney, then Windows creates a folder to store information for that user, similar to this: On Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\J.C. Penney\My Documents\ChurchTrac\ctdata.mdb On Windows Vista: C:\Users\J.C. Penny\Documents\ChurchTrac\ctdata.mdb Because the user name contains a period, the user's folder will also contain a period (like the examples above). The period in the folder path causes this error in ChurchTrac.
