Microsoft Access is a database engine that ChurchTrac employs to perform some of its tasks. If you see Error 14 when starting ChurchTrac, then Access 2002 runtime may have been uninstalled from your computer. While it is possible to run ChurchTrac using other versions of Access, it is not recommended. Some users have reported errors or other unwanted outcomes by running ChurchTrac through other versions of Access. To download and install Access 2002 Runtime, click here. After Access 2002 is installed the problem should be resolved. When you double-click on the ChurchTrac icon, ChurchTrac should now launch using Access 2002. If this isn't the case, please send a note to tech support for assistance.
