This error may occur intermittently on some computers. The exact cause is not currently known. It may occur when creating a backup of your data file, or during the data sharing process. This error is generated when the program that ChurchTrac uses to create zip files encounters a problem. Typically, installing or reinstalling the latest ChurchTrac 2010 program update will fix this issue. Some users have reported that simply restarting the computer resolved the problem.
