ChurchTrac makes getting the word out easier than ever! Use ChurchTrac’s Automated Messaging Service for:
|
When all the messages have been delivered, you can view a report showing the
number of calls that were made, how many people answered, how many messages were
left, and how many were undeliverable.
ChurchTrac uses credits to determine how many messages you can send. Each credit allows you to send a voice message to one phone number, or a text message to two cell phones. Credits start at 10 cents each. The more credits you purchase at a time, the bigger the discount:
So for as little as 10 dollars you can deliver an important message to 100 families--in less than two minutes!
Note: Text messages are limited to about 100 characters. You can send up to two
text messages per credit. Voice call messages over 30 seconds long will
require additional credits. ChurchTrac will let you
know how long a message is and how many credits will be required before sending.
Fill out the form below, and we'll send you 5 free voice credits to try it out!
What happens if the person doesn’t answer when my call is made? If someone is not available to answer, ChurchTrac will also deliver to an answering machine. If a phone line is busy or someone doesn’t have an answering machine we will attempt to deliver your message 3 additional times (5 minutes later, then 15 minutes later, and again 15 minutes later).
Can ChurchTrac deliver a message to any number? ChurchTrac messages must be delivered to a direct line. We cannot deliver messages to any phone system that requires the entering of an extension or that requires forwarding by a person.
Are there any hidden costs or expenses? There are no hardware or software costs, no long distance charges, no service or installation fees, and no phone lines required. The credits that you purchase are the only expense you will incur.
Can I send a text to anyone's cell phone? Before you can send an automated text message, your recipients will need to "opt-in" to receive text messages from you. Each cell phone will need to text your keyword to 292929 to opt in. After a person opts in, they will be able to receive messages that you send.
