Our new messaging feature will call and deliver a message to everyone on your list. Unlike a traditional phone tree, ChurchTrac uses VOIP technology to call every number on your list and deliver your message in just minutes!
How does it work?
It's easy! Filter the People Screen to show the names or families you want to send a message to. Click on Output Options, select the Messaging option, then type or record your message. When you click Send, ChurchTrac will dial each number and deliver your message. You can deliver a phone message to every family in your church in about two minutes!
When all the messages have been delivered, you can view a report showing the number of calls that were made, how many people answered, how many messages were left, and how many were undeliverable.
How much does it cost?
ChurchTrac uses credits to determine how many messages you can send. Each credit allows you to send a voice message to one phone number. Credits start at 7 cents each. The more credits you purchase at a time, the bigger the discount.
Do messaging credits expire?
Credits are good for 12 months from the date of your purchase. However, if you purchase more credits before the expiration date, any credits you have left over from your first purchase will automatically inherit the new expiration date (which would be 12 months after the second purchase).
