Can I get a CD-ROM with my purchase?

When you purchase an unlock code, it does not automatically include a CD. However, you do have the option to add a CD-ROM to your order for an additional charge. The option to purchase a CD is on the add-ons page before you enter your credit card information. The cost of the CD includes shipping.
