Error 117: ChurchTrac detected a broken reference

This error is caused by an unregistered support file. To fix this issue, click on Start, then Computer (or My Computer) and browse to your C: drive. Delete the entire folder located at C:\ChurchTrac (including the folder's contents). Do not delete any other ChurchTrac folders or files. Finally, download and re-run the ChurchTrac installer from the website. This should force the files to re-register with Windows and will resolve error 117.
