Error 13: Type mismatch
Error 449: Argument Not Optional

This error may have multiple causes, but it is typically caused by a problem with your data file when upgrading to ChurchTrac 8 (2011 version). Try installing a program update from the website to see if that corrects the problem. New program updates are posted frequently, so installing or reinstalling the latest update should fix the problem.

If you are getting both error 13 and error 449, this could be caused by a problem with your data file. Please contact technical support.
