Error 3085: Undefined function 'Nz' in expression
Error 3085 affects ChurchTrac 2010 and earlier, and may be caused by a conflict with Access 2007 or
2010.
To resolve the problem, please perform the following steps:
- First, download and install (or re-install) the latest
ChurchTrac 2010 program update.
Note: If you are using Vista or
Windows 7, be sure to download the updater to your desktop, then right-click on
it and choose "Run as Administrator". You may also need to follow the
steps here to ensure updates are installed correctly
on Vista and Windows 7.
- Next, perform a Repair operation on Microsoft Access 2002 Runtime, following these
instructions. Once the repair operation is complete, continue to step 3 below.
- Use Microsoft Update to install the latest updates
for Windows and all Microsoft software. If you're using Windows Vista or
Windows 7, open Windows Update (from your Start menu), click on "Change
Settings" and make sure the box under "Microsoft update" is checked. Next,
check for and install any available updates.
- After the repair operation is complete and the latest Microsoft updates are
installed, open ChurchTrac and
