This combination of errors is likely caused by the user name on your computer. When the path to the data file contains an apostrophe ( ' ) these errors can occur. For example:

Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\Byron's Computer\My Documents\ChurchTrac\ctdata.mdb

Windows Vista: C:\Users\Byron's Computer\Documents\ChurchTrac\ctdata.mdb

Since these paths to the ChurchTrac data file contain an apostrophe, these errors will occur unless the latest update is installed.
