Is there a telephone number I can call? Is phone-based support available?

Yes! Many church software companies make a huge profit selling phone support for their hard-to-use products. We, however, want to make our products as easy-to-use as possible, and our support costs as reasonable as possible. We even have several free support options, including an extensive online knowledgebase with video tutorials, and free web-based support for customers with an active unlock code. Phone-based technical support is also available for a small fee.

  • If you would like to make a purchase over the phone, or if you have a sales-related question before purchasing, there is NO CHARGE for phone assistance.
     
  • The cost for phone-based support is $19.99* per incident, and includes up to 15 minutes of phone support.
     
  • If you have a valid ChurchTrac 8 (2011 version) unlock code, your cost for phone-based (priority) support is reduced to $9.99* per incident, and includes up to 15 minutes of phone support.
     
  • After the first 15 minutes, there will be an additional charge of 9.99 for each additional 15 minutes of phone support.
