How do I obtain SHAPE profile information from the congregation?

You can customize the entries on the ministry profile tab of the people screen by double-clicking the blue text (continued below).

After you've set up the ministries and other entries that matches your church, you can print a "survey" to give your congregation. To do this, click SHAPE Reports on the toolbar (this item appears when you click the Ministry Profile tab). Choose "Print a blank ministry profile survey sheet" and click the preview report button. You can also use this information to create your own survey sheet, including spiritual gifts or other items you wish to inventory.

While previewing the ministry profile survey sheet, choose the export option for additional customization options.
