ChurchTrac Pricing and Purchase Options

The free edition of ChurchTrac lets you enter up to 100 names. To enter more than 100 names, you need to purchase an unlock code. An unlock code gives you the ability to enter more than 100 names--up to 250 total names, 500 names, 1000 names, or unlimited names.

If you outgrow your unlock code, you can always jump to the next tier for the difference in price (the difference in price is calculated using the regular price, not the current sale price, so it may be a better deal to purchase more names up front instead of coming back to add names later). If you have an older version of ChurchTrac, you may also need to upgrade to the newest version in order to add more names.

When you purchase an unlock code, it is a one-time charge based on the maximum number of names you want to enter. Your unlock code includes basic technical support, free updates, plus several other benefits for a period of 12 months (or longer if you choose a multi-year option). After that ChurchTrac will continue to function just as before, except that it will prompt you about renewing your unlock code in order to continue these benefits. While renewing your code is not required to continue using the program, renewal does have many advantages--including continued access to updates and new features, discounts on adding names, and free basic technical support. The cost of renewal is between $20 and $40 per year.

You are free to use your unlock code on any or all computers in your church. If you have multiple computers, you may also wish to purchase a data sharing subscription which allows you to share and synchronize your data between multiple computers--even computers in different locations.
