WorshipTrac is a powerful worship planning and music library management program designed with the same easy-to-use interface as ChurchTrac.

Use WorshipTrac to manage your music and worship library and to plan worship services. WorshipTrac is organized similar to ChurchTrac, with the main sections of the program quickly accessible from the main toolbar.

The Music Library screen lists every song in your library. You can quickly lookup songs by title, or display only the songs from a certain songbook. The Music Library tabs (on the right) give you quick information about a song, access to printing sheet music (PDF and Finale MUS files), lyrics, medleys, song topics and scriptures, personalized collections, and song usage history.

Note: WorshipTrac does not include lyrics or sheet music--but you are free to add these to your library with your CCLI license.

You can organize and keep track of every songbook on your shelf. Select the name of the songbook on the left, and all the titles in that book are listed on the right. You can quickly show only your "active" or favorite songbooks with a single click.

You can create collections of your favorite songs from multiple songbooks. Create a "My Favorite Songs" collection, then add titles from your entire library of songbooks. You can quickly search for songs within a collection, or use a collection to assist you in planning worship.

You can plan worship services, rehearsals, and other worship events from the Worship Planning screen. This screen allows you to quickly select songs if you know the title, or select songs by key signature. You can easily rearrange the order songs appear by moving them up and down the list, and attach a memo to each song that prints on the worship outline.

WorshipTrac has the ability to create template-based worship services--just create one or more templates based on existing services, and then you can quickly create and edit new services from the worship planning calendar.

The Worship Planning screen has a tab interface similar to the worship library screen which gives you access to lyrics, sheet music, medleys, and other information about the current song in the worship plan outline. You can quickly print sheet music for the songs in your worship outline. WorshipTrac has the ability to index FinaleŽ sheet music files, as well as PDF files and audio (MP3, WAV) files. You can quickly view, print or play these formats directly from the WorshipTrac screens. Note: WorshipTrac does not include lyrics or sheet music--but you are free to add these to your library with your CCLI license.

Create your own worship medleys and quickly insert an entire medley into your worship outline.

Enter topics and scripture references for each song in your library.

You can search and list songs by lyric, topic, scripture, key signature and more! Search results can be displayed on the music library screen and worship planning screen for convenience.
