I don’t know about you, but (other than Christmas) Spring seems like the busiest time of the year at church.  With all the end of the year children’s activities, spring performances, ladies’ teas, men’s golf tournaments, youth parties, VBS meetings, etc., they all seem to fall right on top of each other. Now more than ever, you need to utilize ChurchTrac’s calendar feature to coordinate your churches’ activities and not double book rooms or even events for the same group of people.

Just this past Sunday we had a Women’s Ministry Meeting booked at the same time as a church-wide shower for a family who had just adopted child from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It is a typical scenario of double booking, because the planners didn’t check the church calendar.

So if you haven’t checked out ChurchTrac’s calendar, now is the time.  It is easy to use and provides a great way for your church to keep track of all the events going on.
