ChurchTrac Software, Inc. respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. This page describes our policy regarding copyright complaints and our compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
ChurchTrac provides church management software that enables customers to manage their own data, files, and content within their own accounts. Content uploaded or managed by customers is solely their responsibility. ChurchTrac does not monitor, curate, or control user-uploaded content.
If you believe content accessible through a ChurchTrac customer account infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:

Designated Copyright AgentChurchTrac is a platform host and is not responsible for content uploaded by its customers. Demand letters, invoices, settlement requests, or license fee demands sent to ChurchTrac, with or without following the DMCA process, will not be honored and will not receive a response. Our copyright process exists solely to facilitate the removal of infringing content per 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe content hosted on our platform infringes your rights, submit a complete takedown notice using the process above.
If you are a ChurchTrac customer and believe your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated agent. Your counter-notice must include:
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the content at our discretion.
ChurchTrac will terminate the accounts of customers who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.
