Fall 2021 Software Update
Just in time for fall, we have 4 NEW features that have just been released!
Although it goes without saying (though we'll say it anyway), we want to give out a BIG Thank You to all the Ministry Partners who have given all the valuable feedback to make these updates happen. You know who you are. ?
Attendance tracking with Church Connect
Tracking attendance has just gotten 1,000 times easier with Church Connect!
Leaders Simply log in to Church Connect, view their upcoming events, click "Enter Attendance" for the event, and begin selecting the people that are there. This is perfect for Small Groups, Sunday School Classes, and any other event you want to track attendance for. Check it out! ???
You'll need to allow your leaders to track attendance for the specific event Tag. Navigate to their profile, select the Tag, and allow them to track attendance. It's that easy!
Team Schedule Report
Need a way to see who is scheduled to serve for the next 2 months? Want to see everyone you've scheduled for the past year? Now you can do that with the Team Schedule Report. On the Worship/Scheduling Screen, select the team you'd like to gather a report on and click "Team Reports".
Giving Fee Reports
Online Giving fees are now visible on our core giving reports.
Why is this great?
Because now you can see the fees for all of your Online Giving transactions. Check out this Category Summary Report...
Song Usage Report
Attention Worship Leaders!
The new Song Usage Report feature gives worship leaders the ability to see how often a song was used. This is perfect for keeping your worship fresh, knowing what songs to retire, and of course... CCLI reporting. This will save you so much time! To get started, click the report button on your song library.
