Our support team is CRAZY fast at responding to support tickets. We usually tell people they answer tickets within one business hour, but I've seen them answer tickets within minutes.

The best "use case" for a support call is if you have multiple questions and you feel like they could all be knocked out with a 15 minute conversation over the phone.
