If you are tracking your expenses and income with ChurchTrac Accounting, you will need to create a deposit for a date for that money to reflect in your corresponding account in ChurchTrac. This guide shows you how to do that.
If you are using ChurchTrac Accounting and want the giving recorded from the Giving screen to be reflected on your account, you must create a deposit on the Giving screen. Deposits from Giving to Accounting do NOT happen automatically.
