Summer 2023 Updates

Just in time for the end of summer, we've got 2 big updates launching in the coming days that you're going to love. Here's what will be changing.

Budgets

We've completely streamlined the process of creating a budget and simplified the Budget screen. Like many of our other screens in the software, we've consolidated most functions into an "Actions" button.

Church Budget Software

We think you'll love the ability to quickly generate a budget report directly from the screen. But don't worry, you still have access to all the previous budget reports you know and love. And yes, they're still exportable to view on programs like Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers (the weird mac spreadsheet program that 7 people use).

Check-In

Just like the Budgets update, we've streamlined Check-In and made it easier to navigate from a single menu. But we didn't stop there. We've added 3 really cool features...

1. Check-In SMS Messaging

Now you can send an SMS directly to the parent/guardian of a child directly from the software. You can use the pre-built messages or send your very own custom messages directly to the parent.

2. Check-In Image

Want to display an upcoming event or give parents directions prior to checking in their child?

You can drag and drop your own custom image to have it displayed on your check-in stations. You can even just keep things simple and use the Check-In Image for your own custom branding.

3. Check-In Overview

Now you can see an overview of those who are checked in to view their information and more.

This is just phase one of a list of updates we plan on making to the software before the year's end. Just wait till you see what else we add to the Accounting screen. We can't give away the details yet... but let's just say they will be worth the wait :-)
