SongSelect by CCLI gives you the ability to import songs, lyrics, chords, and more directly from CCLI. SongSelect is a product of CCLI that is purchased from CCLI.

Connecting SongSelect with ChurchTrac
To connect your SongSelect account to ChurchTrac, navigate to the Setup tab on the Worship|Scheduling screen. Under Settings and Preferences, select the "Connect to SongSelect" button and use your SongSelect user name and log in.
Importing Songs from Song Select
To import a song through SongSelect, go to the "Actions" menu in the top right corner of the Song Library page and select "Add a New Song." From there, select the "Search SongSelect" option. You must be connected to a SongSelect account in ChurchTrac to import songs.
When searching the SongSelect library, you can search for a song by name or by CCLI number. If you already have the CCLI number, we recommend this as there are sometimes songs with the same title. This will save time from having to preview the lyrics of each song. Once you have the song selected that you wish to download, select "Add This Song to Your Library".
You will then be prompted as to whether or not you would like to include lyrics and a chord sheet. Once you have checked these boxes and selected the song's key you can click "Add This Song".
When importing songs, ChurchTrac retrieves all available data such as title, author, copyright, CCLI number, and lyrics so you don’t have to enter them manually. If a song already exists in your library, you’ll be prompted to update the information or skip duplicates.
Reporting CCLI Numbers to SongSelect
At this time, reporting CCLI song usage to SongSelect is not an automated process within ChurchTrac. However, you can generate a song report to find the necessary CCLI numbers for reporting.
To do this, navigate to the Song Library, select the "Actions" menu in the top right corner. Then choose the "Print Song User Report" option.
Select the Start and End Date for the report, and choose 'The number of times this song was used' to sort by.
The generated report will display the CCLI number, which you can use to manually report your song usage to SongSelect as required.

CCLI stands for "Christian Copyright Licensing International" and SongSelect is a product they offer that provides ministries with chord charts, sheet music, lyrics, and more.
You do NOT need to purchase SongSelect to add songs into your library in ChurchTrac. However, you need a SongSelect subscription in order to import songs from SongSelect.
CCLI Copyright protection is a different License from SongSelect. Anytime you perform or play Copyright music in public or in a Livestream, you need legal coverage.
