That’s why we work hard to provide you with the best support possible to help you learn how to navigate through the ins and outs of ChurchTrac. Between our Online User-Guide and our Support Team, we have got your back! The ChurchTrac support team is now available on the weekends (including Sunday) for emergencies. Online User-Guide- Here you can find videos, screenshots, and walk-throughs of how to use ChurchTrac’s core features. Most people find that the Online User Guide answers most of their general questions.

Support Team- We have a stellar group of people at ChurchTrac with years of experience in all ministry areas. Some of these include Children’s Ministry Pastors, Youth Pastors, Worship Leaders, Administrative Pastors, and everything in-between! When you send us your questions via a support ticket, you’re getting help from a fellow ministry partner who’s been in your shoes.

When is the support available?

Our support team is available Monday-Friday from 8am to 6pm EST and Saturday & Sundays for emergencies that are non-payroll and non-accounting related.

An example of an emergency: “Help, I can’t get logged onto my account and I have to check- in children in 30 minutes!” 

A non-emergency: “I’m having a hard time getting this last group of transactions to reconcile properly.”

How do I contact support?

I don’t like making tickets, can I just call you? 

No. We have a super-fast system with our support tickets and we like to be able to answer questions in the order in which they arrive so that nobody gets preferential treatment. That being said, you can schedule a phone call for general inquiries at www.calendly.com/churchtrac 

How long does it take to get a reply on a ticket? 

Most tickets are replied to in less than one business hour. There are busier times in the year when wait times can be a little over that, but we’re pretty fast here 🙂
