Answer: They're all events that are super hard to pull off without having an easy way to signup people ahead of time. That's why we are excited to announce our latest feature: ChurchTrac Registrations!
What's changed with ChurchTrac Registrations?
Basically everything ?
We've spent the past year learning the needs of churches and listening to the feedback of our ministry partners. After months of coding, we've completely revamped Registration Events in ChurchTrac to make it a powerful tool that's surprisingly easy to use. Here's a snapshot of what we've done:
New User Interface
Planning out events can be challenging! Shouldn't your software make registrations easy? We thought so. That's why we've made a UI that helps walk you through the Registrations process step-by-step.
New Attendee Types & Cost
You can select from multiple Payment Types and create different Attendees for your events. You can even designate a different cost for each Attendee Type! For instance:
Need Parent and Child Attendee Types for VBS? ✅ Got it!
Need a Volunteer and Camper Attendee Types for Summer Camp. ✅ Done!
Want to have a mid-week dinner and accept different payment amounts for adults and children but also have a maximum total payment? ✅ You can do that too!
Form Questions
Make beautiful signups with your own custom-made form questions. You can also choose from an assortment of pre-built questions or import questions from previous events (or form cards).
And soo much more...
We've added features for event communication, management, reporting, and even the ability to Clone Events. Cloning Events enables you to copy an already created event and then duplicate it. You can clone events that are used for attendance tracking, volunteer scheduling, and registrations.

If you’re on the newest plan, you have access to this now! For everyone else, we’re giving a free trial of these new features through the end of July ?.
