Do You Offer Phone Support?

Yes! At ChurchTrac, we think our support is second to none. We try to address questions or issues quickly through our Support Ticket system. Simply create a new ticket, and one of our helpful staff will be glad to respond. We respond to tickets throughout the day, even after hours and on weekends.

With that said, we know that some issues are better addressed with a live agent. If your issue requires phone support, please give us a good phone number and a time range to contact you, and we will initiate the call. Be sure include a detailed summary of your issue or question too. We make phone calls between the hours of 9am and 5pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday only, as needed.
