Let’s talk about two tools found in Church Connect (your church app) that can be used to track your church’s remote attendance. These are the Attendance Card and the Form Card.

What is Church Connect (and how to share it)

Church Connect is an all-in-one church website, church app, and member portal built into ChurchTrac. Share your connect URL via text, email, social media, and more. During your worship service, encourage attendees to log in to Church Connect to get fully connected. Tracking with an Attendance Card

After creating an Attendance Event with corresponding Tags assigned to your people, go ahead and add an Attendance Card to your Church Connect. That card will be visible to all of your people who are logged into Church Connect during that event. On ours, we created a simple attendance card that people can click on the main page. We recommend making your attendance card in a color that’s different than your other cards to really help it stand out.

Tracking with a Form Card

For Guests that have not created a Church Connect profile, a Form Card enables you to capture information so that you know who attended. A digital "Connection Card" is the best way to do this, as you can then follow up with every person afterward. At some point during your live stream, encourage guests to fill out your connection Form Card each time so that you know they attended.
