How Do I Send Voice Messages?

Voice messaging enables you to record a voice message up to 90 seconds in length that can be sent to single or multiple recipients at once. Recipients will receive a phone call with your message replayed upon answering. This method of sending messages is very similar to a "phone tree".

The Voice Messaging feature in ChurchTrac allows you to send a recorded message to everyone in your church directory at once, or everyone in a Smart List.
