Voice messaging enables you to record a message up to 90 seconds in length that can be sent to single or multiple recipients at once. Recipients will receive a phone call with your message played upon answering, making this method similar to a "phone tree."
The Voice Messaging feature in ChurchTrac allows you to send a recorded message to everyone in your church directory at once, or to everyone in a Smart List.
Voice messaging requires our Enhanced Messaging feature, which is $7/month. Each voice message uses 2 credits per recipient, with a block of 250 credits included with your subscription. Additional blocks of 250 credits can be purchased for $7 each.
