Managing Multiple ChurchTrac Accounts [OLD]

Are you managing multiple ChurchTrac accounts for different ministries that you serve? If so, there are 3 things you need to know to ensure you are able to properly log in to each account.

1. Bookmark each login page

Create a bookmark for each ministry login URL within your internet browser and use this bookmark each time you want to login. By doing this, you can quickly login without having the clear the cache of your browser each time.

2. Use a different email address for each ChurchTrac Account

We recommend using a different email address for each ChurchTrac account that you login to. Though you can use the same email address across multiple accounts, this can get confusing if you have to reset your password.

3. Password Resets

When doing a password reset, you will be sent a temporary password to the account email address you initiated a password reset for. If you are using the same email for multiple ChurchTrac accounts (Not recommended), you will be sent login links for each account associated with your email address.
