ChurchTrac Limited Accounting Setup Service (CLASS) is a paid service for ChurchTrac Accounting. (This is available on a paid Plus Plan subscription.)
Our team will add your accounts, list your designated funds with their current balance, list your income/expense categories, and much more. This allows you to rest easy and know that your church is equipped for success and your accounting is set up for success!

What if my treasurer doesn't want to use ChurchTrac? Or a computer?
We certainly can't force anyone to use our software.
Spreadsheets have served your church well but lack easy reporting and accountability. ChurchTrac Accounting makes it easy to generate the reports you need to understand your church's finances. Plus, multiple users can access the Accounting feature from anywhere, making it easy to keep the church accountable.
Why does it cost so much?
We understand if your church is small and working with a tight budget. That's actually why we priced it the way we did!
The average cost of a CPA is $60-125/hr, and that's on the low end. If you continue with them after the initial setup, you have to keep paying them at that rate.
At $399, you get excellent service at an intentionally affordable rate!
Does ChurchTrac offer double-entry accounting?
No. Most churches don't need that much complexity to manage their books.
We use a single-entry accounting system because that is what most churches need.
