Taking an Attendance Count

There are many events that do not require keeping track of each individual. For these situations, you simply want to take a total headcount. This is done by creating a Tag with no people assigned to it.

For example, if you're wanting to keep a total headcount for your worship attendance, you could create a Tag titled something like "Worship Attendance".

  1. When creating this Tag, you still need to mark Yes for "Attendance Tracking and Check-In".

  1. With a Tag created, create your event and select the "Attendance & Check-In" button.

  1. Assign your attendance Tag to the event.
Select Tag
  1. Select the Tag.
Select Tag
  1. Record your count and click "Close".
Enter Attendance
When running Attendance Reports, these counts will show up for each Tag that you record a manual count for.
