Importing From Planning Center

Planning Center Online (PCO) sends the exported file to your email address. Below are the steps to export the data:

  1. Select Home at the top left and select People
  2. Select People as the last option in the toolbar at the top of the screen
  3. Select the Gear Icon, and select Import/Export CSV
  4. Select Start Export
  5. The exported file will be sent to the e-mail address on file with your account

Attach your spreadsheet to a support ticket, and we’ll perform the import for you. We’ll try to use the file as-is, but we may request changes if something needs to be adjusted.

We grant one free spreadsheet import for your account. Going forward, you will enter new names on the People Screen. Please note that subsequent requests in the future for another spreadsheet import will incur a small fee, so make sure the initial file is as complete as possible.
