Some customers are on our older plans, which means they don't have access to all the features that are available on our newer plans. Here is an overview of the features that are available on our newest plans:
CHURCH CONNECTChurch Connect is a web page and app for your members, donors and guests. Use it to communicate important announcements, upcoming events, and other personalized content using our card-based interface. You can also collect information from your congregation
(like prayer requests, guest information, and spiritual decisions)
using customizable forms.
Additionally, Church Connect enables your people to:
First, we've added the ability to Archive unused or unneeded names, thus reducing the names you have to pay for. When you archive a name, it is removed from the People Screen and no longer counts toward the name limit of your plan. If you need access to these names again in the future, you can quickly restore them, along with all their data (giving records, attendance records, etc.). Depending on how many names you have in your database, you may even be able to archive enough names to drop to a lower name tier (and save some money) on your next renewal. Please note that Archive is different from making a member Inactive in your database. The Inactive status still counts towards your total names, same as Active members.
