ChurchTrac File Storage is a unified place to store all of your church's files and digital documents in the cloud. File Storage supports the most common file types such as Word, mp3, wav, jpg, and more.
To access File Storage, navigate to the Settings screen and select the "File Storage" tab.
To upload files to your File Storage, you can either drag-and-drop the file(s) you wish to upload or click the upload box. You can select multiple files at once to upload to ChurchTrac File Storage.
When selecting a file, you have the option to rename the file, add a description, move to a folder, download, and share the file. Shared files have a unique URL that can be shared with individuals to have access to that file.
Use the actions button to add folders, check all files, uncheck all files, move, delete, and sort files in bulk.

File Storage is free for up to 10GB. After that, it's $3/month to move up to 50GB, and $6/month to move up to 100GB, and so on.
A device with an internet connection is required to view and retrieve your files.
You don't. You can store and access all of your church files from any mobile device with a web browser.
File storage is included with all paid ChurchTrac Software subscriptions on a current plan. If you do not see this feature available, reach out to our support team to see if you are an older plan.
