Mail Check Payment

The easiest way to pay for your ChurchTrac subscription is via credit card. We understand that some ministries must pay via check, so we accept checks as well.

To mail in a check, please click through the online payment process as if you are going to pay online:

Settings Admin Settings Account & Payment Info Click Here to Make a Payment

After going through the options that you can add to the account, on the final screen you’ll see the “Total Amount Due Today”. This is the amount that you will send.

Please make the check payable to ChurchTrac Software and mail to:

ChurchTrac Software Inc.
13551 Lake Newman St
Jacksonville, FL 32221

Please include on the Memo line your Ministry Name and what plan you are choosing. This will either be the Standard Plan, or the Plus Plan (with Accounting).

The payment option for mailing a check is limited to ministries located in the United States only. International accounts must make a payment with a credit or debit card.
Please note that it could take up to two weeks to receive, post, and clear the check with the bank, so you may lose account access until the check actually clears.
