Every individual you add—adults, children, members, donors, or anyone you track—counts as one name. You can easily archive inactive names, and archived names do not count toward your limit. If you reach your limit and need more names, you can easily upgrade to the next level for a reasonable cost.

Enhanced Messaging ($7/month add-on) includes 250 credits. Additional credits are automatically billed in blocks of 250 for $7. Online giving uses Stripe's discounted nonprofit processing rate (contact us for details). Third-party services like MinistrySafe background checks incur fees paid directly to the provider. We also offer optional one-time setup services, including Website & App Build and Accounting Setup, to help you launch faster.
