The difference is scope and price: worship planning in ChurchTrac is one module of a complete church management system, included at no extra cost with every subscription—alongside your people, giving, accounting, check-in, and calendar. Churches that only need worship planning may prefer a dedicated tool; churches that want one system and one bill usually prefer ChurchTrac.
There is no limit to the number of songs or services you create. However, ChurchTrac does have a file storage limit of 10 GB. Additional storage can be purchased at a minimal cost.
Yes. You can add songs through SongSelect or PraiseCharts, or import your own songs and files—chord charts, lead sheets, and other PDFs attach to the service outline.
Volunteers receive scheduling requests and reminders by email or SMS, and can set the dates they are unavailable to serve. The free worship app gives the band their setlist, charts, and notes on iOS and Android.
