While our easy-to-use website builder is perfect for those who prefer to take the reins, this service is ideal for churches that don’t have the time or expertise to handle web design.

What to Expect With the Setup Service
If you’ve found a package that fits your ministry, here’s what you can expect when we build your site:
Built for Your Ministry
Once your site has been billed, a Website Questionnaire Form is sent to you. This form is how we gather all the details we’ll use to tailor your site for your church.
In the form, you’ll provide:
- Your church name, phone, email, and colors
- Your chosen package and preferred template style
- A headline and vision for your website
- The most important calls to action for guests and members
- Adjectives that describe your church
- Key details: service times, worship style, mission statement, beliefs, etc.
- Links for giving, livestreams, and social media
- What type of Connect Cards you’d like displayed
- Any additional notes or vision for your site
Choose Your Template Style
In the Form, you’ll select your chosen package and choose from four professionally designed templates.
Select the one you like best, and we’ll customize it with your colors, branding, and content.
Add Your Own Images
We also provide the opportunity for you to include your own images during the process.
- We’ll include high-quality placeholders if you don’t provide images.
- You can upload your images in the Website Questionnaire Form and tell us where you’d like each one used.
Pro Tip: Name files to show placement (hero-banner.jpg, aboutus-team.png, pastor-profile.jpg).
We’ll take everything you share in the form and build a site designed specifically for your ministry.

Absolutely not! This is an optional service we offer for church leaders that want a turn key church website and mobile app built for them.
Most Christian web designers charge a MINIMUM of $1,000 to build a custom church website. This does NOT include the monthly costs of hosting.
One of our core values at ChurchTrac is to be intentionally affordable. We always want to be a blessing to churches, not a financial burden! All churches deserve to have a beautiful church website and app.
Some smaller churches may find the one-time cost of our church app and web design service on the expensive side compared to a DIY solution like Wordpress. This is a turn-key solution to give church leaders an amazing website and mobile app.
