Missing Contributions

There are two possible reasons why items could be missing from your Contribution statements and why certain names do not have a contribution statement.

  • Make sure that every individual is assigned to a Family on the People screen. The program is unable to generate a Contribution Statement for any contributor who is not assigned to a family.

  • Make sure that each contribution has the "Tax Deductible" checkbox checked on the Giving screen. Only the contributions that have this box checked will appear on Contribution statements.
You can go to the Categories screen and set the Default Tax Deductible box for a category to Yes. ChurchTrac will prompt you to update the tax-deductible status for all existing contributions that use this category.
