New Church Reports
We've laid the framework for a new reporting engine in ChurchTrac. Reports will carry a more modern look while including additional sorting and settings options.
How to Save a Report as PDF
To save a report as a PDF, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the "Reports" tab
Navigate to the desired report and select the "View Report" button to open it.
Step 2: Select the "Print" Icon
Next, select the "Print" icon (printer symbol) in the top right corner.
In the print dialog box that appears, select "Save as PDF" as the destination.
Step 3: Save the File
Finally, choose the location to save your file and select the "Save" button to save the report.
How to Print a Report
To print a report, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the "Reports" tab
Navigate to the desired report and select the "View Report" button to open it.
Step 2: Select the "Print" Icon
Next, select the "Print" icon (printer symbol) in the top right corner.
Step 3: Print the Report
Finally, select the "Print" button to print the report.
Report Options
Once you generate the report, you can customize its appearance by selecting the cogwheel in the top right corner of the report screen.
This will open additional report options where you can adjust various settings.
- Report Title – Customize the title displayed at the top of your report.
- Row Size – Choose between normal or condensed row spacing.
- Stripe Color – Adjust the alternating row color for better readability.
- Font Color – Change the text color to match your preferences.
- Font Size – Select the desired text size for the report.
