Weston is the Chief of Operations at ChurchTrac, but he’s most at home when he’s serving the local church. As a Worship Leader who has experienced the "Sunday morning chaos" firsthand, he knows that technology is only successful if it makes ministry easier.

His heart is for the "shoestring" church. He is dedicated to ensuring that even congregations with limited budgets have access to world-class tools—from secure giving to volunteer coordination—without the "big tech" headache or price tag.

Most tech companies look at a church and see a revenue stream. I look at a church and see a stewardship crisis. I’m on a mission to shield ministries from predatory tech companies.
