Public Calendar & Published Events
Use the Public Calendar to share upcoming events with everyone via a public church calendar displayed on your website or in Church Connect. This article covers how to share your Public Calendar and what events are displayed on the Public Calendar.
Sharing Your Public Calendar
To share your church's Public Calendar, navigate to the Events screen and select the "Options" tab. Then select "Embed Calendar" to see the available options.
Linking to your Public Calendar
If you want to connect your Public Calendar to a link or button on your existing church website, use the top URL link provided.
Embedding your Public Calendar to your Website
If you want to embed your Public Calendar onto a specific page on your church website, copy the iframe embed code provided and paste it into your church website to the desired page of your choosing.
Publishing Events
Your church's Public Calendar only displays published events. To publish an event to your Public Calendar, select the event you wish to publish and turn on the toggle to "Publish this Event to Public Calendars".
FAQs
Only "Published" events appear on your Upcoming Events. You will need to select that event and publish it for the event to display.
