Use the Public Calendar to share upcoming events with everyone via a public church calendar displayed on your website or in Church Connect. This article covers how to share your Public Calendar, what events display on the Public Calendar, and other tips when using it.
To share your church's Public Calendar, navigate to the Events screen and select the "Options" tab. Then select "Public Calendar" to see the available options.
If you want to connect your Public Calendar to a link or button on your existing church website, use the top URL link provided.
If you want to embed your Public Calendar onto a specific page on your church website, copy the iframe embed code provided and paste it into your church website to the desired page of your choosing.
Your church's Public Calendar only displays published events. To publish an event to your Public Calendar, select the event you wish to publish and turn on the toggle to "Publish this Event to Public Calendars".
Only "Published" events appear on your Public Calendar. You will need to select that event and publish it for the event to display.
