That's why we are excited to announce our latest feature: Scheduling & Worship.
This latest feature is one of our biggest yet! We added a whole new screen just for it! Scheduling people and worship planning really go hand-in-hand...so now they have their own dedicated space in the application. 
Scheduling/Worship Features
- Send schedule requests to your volunteers via text message & email
- Create Teams and assign Roles like "nursery worker", "door greeter", or "electric guitar"
- Develop worship outlines that can be viewed by all your volunteers <
- Create scheduling reminders that notify your people so they don't forget
- Create and manage a Song Library with all of your music
- Import songs quickly with SongSelect
- And much much more...
How do I access these new features?
The Scheduling/Worship Screen is available now to all ChurchTrac Plus Subscribers. Just click the Scheduling/Worship Icon to get started. If you are on an older plan, you will be prompted to reach out to us via Support Ticket.
