Transaction Attachments
One of our favorite new features that came with the Spring Update is Transaction Attachments. For the first time ever, you can now add attachments to any transaction in the Accounting Screen.
Adding an attachment to a transaction
To add an attachment to a transaction, simply create your transaction and drag and drop the file into the attachment box. You can also click the attachment box to browse your computer for the file you wish to attach.
Why Transaction Attachments are great
This new feature gives you the ability to attach files like Invoices, Receipts, Purchase Orders, and more to any Accounting transaction. No more having to dig through a box of receipts or searching through all your emails to find a stray invoice. You can now pull up the transaction and see all the files associated with it quickly and easily.
