PraiseCharts Integration and Worship Enhancements

We've been hard at work making Worship planning in ChurchTrac even more efficient.

This update includes a brand-new PraiseCharts integration, improvements to the Song Library, and several workflow enhancements requested by churches like yours.

PraiseCharts Search & Import Integration

Finding and adding songs is now easier than ever.

ChurchTrac now integrates directly with PraiseCharts, allowing you to search their extensive song catalog and import songs into your Song Library without leaving ChurchTrac. If you've connected your PraiseCharts account, you can also browse and import your purchased PraiseCharts content.

Whether you're building a new song library or adding music for an upcoming service, getting songs into ChurchTrac is now faster and more convenient.

Redesigned Song Library

We've completely refreshed the Song Library experience.

The previous card-based layout has been replaced with a cleaner, more information-rich list view designed to help you find what you need faster. Important song details and resources are now easier to scan, making navigation simpler even for larger libraries.

Songs can also now display album artwork directly within the Song Library, creating a more polished browsing experience for worship leaders and teams. When available, artwork is automatically displayed alongside your song information.

Create PDFs from Song Reports

Need to save or share a song resource?

When viewing Lyric, Chords, or ChordPro reports, you'll now find a new option to generate a PDF and automatically attach it to the song uploads. This makes it easy to share chord charts and resources with your team. 

Worship Outline Clock Time Option

You can now choose to display your Worship Outline using actual clock times instead of durations.

For churches that prefer to plan services around specific start and end times, this option provides a clearer picture of how each element fits into the overall service schedule.

Scheduling-Only Events

Not every event requires a worship plan.

A new "Scheduling Only" event option allows you to create events that focus exclusively on volunteer scheduling. When enabled, Worship Outlines and rehearsal planning sections are hidden, helping keep these events simple and focused.

This is especially useful for non-service events, meetings, and other activities where worship planning tools aren't needed.
