The Problem Churches face with Email
Many ministries leaders are trying to send emails to their people using free email providers like Gmail or Yahoo. We're talking pastor emails to the congregation, discipleship group leader announcements to a small group, leaders sending messages to their volunteers, and more.

Free email providers are NOT designed to send out emails to more than a dozen or so people. The good ol' days where you could send a mass email to a list of hundreds of people are long gone. Now those emails automatically get marked as SPAM, sent to the junk folder, or just flat out don't get delivered. Many church leaders send emails not even knowing that the majority of their recipients aren't event getting them. Seriously!
You could get a paid email solution like Google Workspace or some variant of Office where you pay a certain amount per user. But that gets expensive! This is why we see so many ministries of all shapes and sizes just get by with personal email accounts. And by "just get by", we mean that most of the emails they send never actually get read...
